The Systems View
iSpring looks at the whole organization at once to identify solutions that maximize effectiveness across multiple systems. Too often, companies become “silo”-ed and blind to how their actions affect other parts of the company. Problem-solving based on these silos leads to the “whack-a-mole” effect – fix one problem here and another pops up over there. A holistic view permits iSpring to identify overlooked cross-functional opportunities for improvement.
The Innovation View
We’re not afraid to start with a blank sheet of paper. Since we haven’t run your organization for decades, we’re willing to ask those pesky “Why don’t you do it this way?” questions that no one thought to ask.
